To help you get the most out of your new Mercedes-Benz, we recommend that, when you take delivery, we help you explore the vehicle's many functions and features. It's not complicated, but it does take a little time.

There are a number of handover options for you to choose from:

• on-delivery familiarisation session
• post-delivery familiarisation session, allowing you to discuss any questions that arise in your first few days of ownership
• handover at your home or office, or at our premises
• post-delivery refresher mini-courses - 30 minutes to an hour - focus on features and systems of your choice

All handover options are free of charge.
