At Mercedes-Benz of Poole, all of our Mercedes-Benz Approved Used cars come with the extra reassurance you look for when buying a pre-owned car - the Mercedes-Benz name.

Approved warranty
Mercedes-Benz Approved Used cars are covered by a comprehensive, unlimited mileage warranty from the date of purchase for a minimum of 12 months. This warranty can be the balance of the warranty that covered the car from its first registration; a stand-alone used car warranty or a combination of the two.

Roadside assistance
Mercedes-Benz Approved Used cars are covered for a minimum of 12 months by a unique Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance package that ensures you are back on the road with the minimum of inconvenience. Furthermore, those registered after 24 October 1998 will benefit from MobiloLife.

MobiloLife Roadside Assistance runs for 30 years from the date of first registration, provided your car is serviced by a Mercedes-Benz Retailer. MobilityGo rather than MobiloLife covers the Vaneo and Viano.

Multi-point check
To give you maximum peace of mind, every Mercedes-Benz Approved Used car is inspected by one of our trained technicians. The inspection covers all mechanical and electrical components, the bodywork, interior, tyres and wheels and each car is thoroughly road tested before going on sale. Furthermore you'll receive a copy of the technicians check sheet.

Vehicle history and mileage check
Every care is taken to ensure that the car you buy is what we say it is. Independent companies verify that there are no outstanding finance charges and that the car isn't registered as a stolen vehicle or an insurance write-off. We also ensure the chassis and registration numbers are the same as those recorded by the DVLA. In addition, an independent check on the vehicle's mileage record is carried out for your peace of mind. As a customer you will receive a certificate to confirm this*.

*Excludes those one-owner cars where the first owner is either DaimlerChrysler UK Limited or the selling Retailer.

Exchange plan
Should you not be satisfied with your car for any reason, you are entitled to exchange it at any time within the first 30 days or 1,000 miles of ownership (whichever comes sooner).

Servicing
Mercedes-Benz Approved Used cars will not require routine servicing at the customers expense for a minimum of 3,000 miles or 3 months from the date of sale (whichever period is sooner).

Additional Benefits
We will pay up to £50 per day including VAT towards the cost of a replacement vehicle if your car is being repaired under the Mercedes-Benz Approved Used warranty programme.

The Mercedes-Benz Approved Used warranty is valid for up to 60 days per annum for driving in the Republic of Ireland and mainland Europe.

We will pay up to £100 towards overnight accommodation should your vehicle break down and you are unable to return home.
